What’s a phrase that was said to you that you wish would never be said to another woman again? I created this artwork interpreting the message conveyed by the series “La Legge di Lidia Poët 2”. Even though it is set in late-19th-century Turin, the phrases and comments directed at the protagonist are sadly still relevant today. I therefore asked participants to write down those phrases and then destroy them to free themselves from them.
